All Sales Are Final

All artwork sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for original artworks, limited editions, or custom pieces.

Art Fair Purchases

Purchases made at art fairs, pop-ups, or special exhibitions are considered final once payment is processed.
Due to the costs and logistics involved in exhibiting, cancellations are not permitted.

Gallery & Online Purchases

For works purchased directly through New Apostle Gallery or via davidhollier.com:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Cancellations cannot be made after the order has shipped

  • Exceptions are considered only in cases of damage or fulfillment error

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs included.

Cancellations Before Shipment

If a cancellation request is made before an order has shipped, the gallery may approve it at its discretion.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% processing and administrative fee.

Damaged Artwork

If an artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Include clear photos of the damage and all packaging

  3. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved

We will work with our shipper to determine next steps.

Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
